This policy explains how Stijn Bijker (“Scramble Systems”, “we”) handles personal data collected through this website. It covers the website only. The Scramble operating platform, deployed with health authorities, is governed by separate agreements with those authorities.
Who is responsible
The controller is Stijn Bijker, an individual established in the Netherlands, trading under the name Scramble Systems. There is no registered company behind that name yet; this section will be updated when one is incorporated.

What we collect, and why
Form submissions
When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, organisation and role, the subject you selected and your message. We use it to answer you and for nothing else. The lawful basis is the consent you give when submitting, together with our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries.
Server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser information to deliver pages and to protect the site against abuse. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site.
Visit statistics
No analytics tool is currently in use on this website.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. It uses no tracking pixels and no advertising technology. Fonts are self-hosted, so your browser makes no request to an external font network.
Who receives your data
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and content delivery.
- Web3Forms — delivery of form submissions to our inbox.
- Our email provider — storing and replying to correspondence.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising. These providers may process data outside the Netherlands.
How long we keep it
Form correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period afterwards, then deleted. Server logs are deleted according to Cloudflare's standard retention periods.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you may request access to your personal data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these, write to response@scramble-systems.com. You also have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority in the Netherlands.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with security headers that restrict what the page is allowed to load. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please do not send health information or sensitive data about identifiable individuals through the form.

If we change this policy, we update the date above.
